| In the last 5 years we have witnessed a strange phenomenon of the explosion of a weird kind of music that many like to call "post-doom metal", yet in this way showing an evident difficulty in naming this style of music in a different way.
Taking it from post-hardcore, apocalyptic projects like Neurosis and mixing the formula with a wilder dose of experimentation, probably an heritage from Sunn o))), bands like ECHOES OF YUL are sailing their own path, rather uncaring of their relatively uncommercial basis, and at times their anyway making it big, see the recent case of UFOMAMMUT, a clear reference for our brave polish Yul's.
