The brazenly bold act of releasing a full-length album consisting of but two tracks is one of those things that permeate the artistic defiance and creative genius ever so strongly present in the band we've come to know as Moonsorrow. The progression towards even more lengthy, i.e. epic songs has been deductible from the past albums, but who would have known that the light-heartedly flaunted ideas about thirty minute tracks were not supposed to be surpassed as mere gibberish. Or megalomaniacal grandeur, either. This fifth album, opus, whatever, in the Moonsorrowian chronology is aptly named: Chapter Five - Ravaged, quite clearly hinting that the over-all themes of the music and the lyrics have not swayed towards a lighter bearing.
