| Arcydzieło ambitnego popu! "...But Seriously" to czwarta studyjna płyta wspaniałego Phila Collinsa, która ukazała się jesienią 1989 roku i zdobyła szczyty notowań w USA i Wielkiej Brytanii. Na tych terytoriach wielokrotnie pokryła się platyną. Jedną z przyczyn, dla których krążek tak bardzo się spodobał, było częściowe odejście przez Collinsa od syntetycznych dźwięków na rzecz naturalnych instrumentów. Choć oczywiście głównym były genialne kompozycje, wśród których wybiły się megaprzeboje "I Wish It Would Rain Down" oraz "Another Day In Paradise". Phil nagrał piosenki w Anglii oraz w Los Angeles. Do studia w charakterze gości zaprosił między innymi swojego przyjaciela Erica Claptona, Steve'a Winwooda, a także Davida Crosby'ego. Absolutna klasyka muzyki popularnej! Grzech nie znać.
