Płyta dotarła do top 20 list przebojów w 5 europejskich krajach. Z wydawnictwa pochodziły single "Dance With Me", "Universal Daddy" i "Jerusalem". "Afternoons In Utopia (Deluxe Edition)" ukazuje się na 180-gramowym winylu, z 24-stronicową książeczką z rzadkimi zdjęciami i rozkładaną kopertą. W formacie 2CD na pierwszym krążku znajduje się zremasterowany oryginalny album, na drugim 14 zremasterowanych utworów ze stron B, miksy z 12- i 7-calowych singli, remiksy, a także dema oraz rzadka wersja koncertowa "Dance With Me".
