| This is where Russian Metal train started rolling for real! Yes, there was other Heavy Metal bands and their "tape recorder albums" until Autumn 1985, but "Megalomania" was a great kind of genre's blast in then-USSR. There was at least three reasons of that success: 1. Aria of '85 sounded quite like classic Iron Maiden of the era; 2. The songs were really catchy, and 3. Last, but not least ¦ all eight tracks here were (and still is) a listener's delight due to high-quality production. So "Megalomania" became a real people's album in a few weeks and the rest, as they say, is a history ¦ for both Aria, Russian metalheads and all domestic Heavy Metal scene. For the fans of: Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest 180 Gram Black Vinyl, Illustrated Inner sleeve
