| An upright bass, drums and a hollow-body guitar, are this band's tools of their trade. Instruments with which they scrape the music back to the bare essentials, playing their Blues pure and raw; hardly leaving meat on the bone.
Doghouse Sam now unleashes his debut album on the public at large. None other than Mischa den Haring of T-99-fame produced "Buddha Blue" and the result is a pedal-to-the metal, full-throttle joyride down a bumpy and pothole-riddled Blues highway!
About the Artists:
Before hooking up with his Magnatones, Wouter - Doghouse Sam - Celis had previously already established himself on the scene as a member of the acclaimed Blues outfit "The Rhythm Bombs", with whom he played over 500 gigs around Europe in just a few short years. [...more...]
