| This newest four-track mini LP is the third studio work of Russian top Heavy Metal vocalist ValeriKipelov (ex-Aria) and his band, and bold and brave one indeed. Well, Sympho Metal is quite popular in Russia nowdays, but no one dare to sing it in Russian ¦ until "Reflection", all tracks of which was recorded with Globalis orchestra. Main course here is album's lead track "SalieriAnd His Reflection", written by guitar virtuoso VyacheslavMolchanov (Kipelov's musical director) and not dissimilar to classic Savatage. Then, here's strangest track in canon of Russian Heavy Metal ¦ "metalized" Nadir's aria from classical opera "Les Pecheurs de perles" by XIX century French composer George Bizet. [...more...]
