Najnowszy album legendy thrash metalu Megadeth został wyprodukowany przez Dave'a Mustaine'a i Chrisa Rakestrawa. Jest kontynuacją wychwalanego przez krytyków, oraz nagrodzonego Grammy wydawnictwa "Dystopia".
Płyta została nagrana w domowym studiu Mustaine'a w Nashville, z gitarzystą Kiko Loureiro oraz perkusistą Dirkiem Verbeurenem. Basista Steve DiGiorgio zasilił tymczasowo szeregi zespołu, by nagrać album, natomiast na trasę do składu na stałe powrócił James LoMenzo.
