MESSIAH is characterized by band dissolutions and reunions in the past 34 years. The reunion in 1990 was for me the most important new start to date. A completely new line-up with new musicians and new possibilities. The Death-Metal wave of that time had long since passed its peak. Independently of this, we created the new "MESSIAH-WORLD" with PSYCHOMORPHIA for our then unknown future, which led to the "NOISE albums" CHOIR OF HORRORS and ROTTEN PERSH. Still influenced by experimental elements from simple analog synthesizer effects from the EXTREME COLD WEATHER time, I composed atmospheric intros and outros for PSYCHOMORPHIA. [...more...]
