Właściwy debiut zespołu, który zdążył już nagrać pod kryptonimem Slum singla "Twilight" dla wytwórni Warp. Sama nazwa Parsley Sound, co znaczy "pietruszkowe brzmienie", zdaje się wywodzić z utworu "Scarborough Fair" duetu Simon & Garfunkel, który był ongiś parodią ballady "Girl From The North Country" Boba Dylana. Cóż, jeśli nawet nie jest to do końca prawda, Parsley Sound rzeczywiście czerpią w warstwie wokalnej inspirację ze stylistyki rodem z dawnych hippisowskich czasów, którą wypracowali tacy wykonawcy, jak właśnie Simon & Garfunkel, The Mamas And The Papas, The Byrds czy Crosby, Stills & Nash.
