SPEEDFIRE (known as SPITFIRE) is the greatest Heavy Metal legend of Greece. The band got off to a major start, getting signed to EMI Records Greece, supporting SAXON, and releasing in 1987, what now is considered, the best Heavy Metal album from Greece, First Attack, but they suffered a major blow when original frontman was seriously injured in a car accident. They resurfaced a few years later as SPEEDFIRE (due to legal rights from ex-manager), and finally reverted again to SPITFIRE. 100% Live is their only release under the name SPEEDFIRE.
