The Ethiopians was one of Jamaica's most popular bands during the late ska, rocksteady and early reggae periods. Their third album Woman a Capture Man is a quieter record than their first releases. During that time Reggae music was shifting from the rough and faster songs towards a smoother and slower level. With the vocals of The Ethiopians in front of the mix and the organ sound in the background they recorded some harmonic and sweet songs.
