Treponem Pal to najbardziej szanowana francuska formacja w stylistyce industrialnego metalu, która na muzycznej scenie działa już od 1986 roku. Fonograficzny debiut zespołu przypada na 1989 roku, kiedy to ukazał się album 'Treponem Pal", a 2 lata później ukazuje się koljeny krążek - "Aggravation". W 1993 roku ma premierę trzeci album w dykografii zespołu - "Excess & Overdrive", reedycja tego albumu dostępna jest z dwoma bonusowymi utworami.
Treponem Pal's story begins in 1986, in a time when pop glitz or American glam metal reigned the European music scene. Back then industrial metal was just starting to grow, however the genre's turning point was close - groups such as Skinny Puppy and Front 242 begun aggressively marking their presence on the scene.
