Trio Los Panchos.
This was a top ten Christmas charting release and is now available again after it has
been out of print for years.
The liner notes feature a note from Eydie herself, who recently died at the age of 84.
This 1966 album was further proof that when it came to Spanish-lan- guage vocal interpretations, no American singer could touch Eydie Gorme. The record went Top Ten on the Christmas charts, and, with Eydie's recent passing, the album's holiday cheer burns even brighter, albeit with a poignant hue. [...more...]
