Black River was formed in 2008 by people from different music worlds who can allow in its music everything that was hardly possible in their other groups. They have made really explosive mixture which gives energy injection - music that is still metal but goes back to rock'n'roll sounds that inspired such artists as The Cult or Monster Magner. Black River is a return to roots, homage for tradition and analogous tone. Here is no place for cheap trash and plastic. Just garage, filth and true vibration. May 2008 was the release date of their first album highly acclaimed in Poland. Self-titled debut album was promoted by videoclip to the song "Silence" which featured famous Polish actress, Agnieszka Warchulska.
