The first studio recordings since 2001's Cleanse from these NYHC legends, BURN return with ...From the Ashes, continuing to push the paradigm of the style whose boundaries they initially shattered with their classic self-titled EP in 1990. The progressive and introspective sound cultivated by original members Chaka Malik (vocals) and Gavin Van Vlack (guitar) returns, with ex-Glassjaw rhythm section Manuel Carrero and Durijah Lang adding fresh groove to their renewed onslaught.
