Digisleeve Edition! Caravan's eighth studio album hit Number 53 in the UK charts in 1976 and was one of their most commercially successful. The nine original tracks include such titles as 'A Very Smelly Grubby Little Oik', which typifies the band's oblique sense of humour. Also featured are both sides of the rare 'All The Way' single. Founder member Pye Hastings contributes much of the material, enhanced by the saxophone and clarinet playing of Jimmy Hastings and keyboard work of new member Jan Schelhaas. Described by fans as one of the band's finest efforts, 'Blind Dog' offers a well balanced mix of high quality songs, making this is a welcome reissue for all aficionados of Seventies rock.
