Kittie are a refreshing rarity in the modern metal music world - a heavy metal band with four girls on board!!! Young, beautiful & talented girls playing heavy music... This Canadian band was founded in 1996 by sisters Morgan and Mercedes Lander when they were barely on the cusp of adolescence. They were just 15 and 17 years of age when their first CD, "Spit", was released on NG/Artemis records. Their third studio album entitled "Until The End" was released in 2004 and included the single "Into the Darkness" which made its way to radio stations in June that year. The track "Pussy Sugar" also received significant airplay on the Hard Attack satellite radio station.
