Just as with their first two releases "Vengeance of Hell" and "Metal Revolution" german Thrashers Living Death split the metal scene into two camps with their thrid album "Protected from Reality" (1987), mostly due to the extreme vocals by Thorsten "Toto" Bergmann. As the sound on their first two albums was widely critizised, the band tapped Mekong Delta mastermind Ralph Hubert to produce "Protected from Reality", who did a great job.
