| Paradise Lost prezentują album zarejestrowany na żywo, na który składa się 16 utworów z każdego okresu trwającej 30 lat historii Brytyjczyków. Koncert nagrano w The Mill bez udziału publiczności. Jak twierdzi gitarzysta i autor tekstów Greg Mackintosh: "Nigdy nie jestem z niczego zadowolony, jednak koncert ten był na tyle dobry, że postanowiliśmy go oficjalnie opublikować w formacie LP, CD i BluRay. Podczas tego specyficznego występu zagraliśmy po raz pierwszy na żywo niektóre kompozycje z ostatniego albumu "Obsidian".
Za reżyserię obrazu odpowiada Ash Pears, który pracował już z zespołem przy okazji teledysków do albumów "Medusa" oraz "Obsidian".
