| Without a doubt SACRED REICH is an institution when it comes to the FOUNDING BANDS OF MODERN THRASH METAL. Their debut album "IGNORANCE" is an iconic release in the history of TRASH METAL. But before this historical record hit the world, back to where it all started in 1985. The first demo tape "Draining you of life" was recorded in late 1985. This tape featured original lead guitar player Jeff Martinek who was soon after replaced by Wiley Arnett. Shortly after its release, the tape was getting noticed from Metalblade records.
