Re-release of the second full-length album by a thrash metal band formed by Peter Steele (Type O Negative). As the band headed into more hardcore musical and image territory, they felt it's best to abandon the costumes and science-fiction attitude in favor of a more straight-from-the-heart approach. Peter touched subjects ranging from racial tension ("Race War"), gang warfare ("Sex and Violence"), patriotism ("U.S.A. For U.S.A") and intense anxiety ("Inner Conflict"). The album includes also a Jimi Hendrix cover "Manic Depression". New digipak edition includes 3 demo tracks as a bonus. Limited to numerated 2000 copies, digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on golden disc.
