The tragic passing of Amy Winehouse robbed the music world of one of the most talented singers and songwriters of a generation. In her brief career, brutally cut short at the age of just 27, Amy achieved levels of success and adulation which for a British female performer in the 21st century beggar belief. And while so much of her life was played out in the constant glare of tabloid publicity, it is for her incredible voice, extraordinary music and classic songwriting that she will ultimately be remembered.
