The album was the second by the so-called "Power Trio" era of the band, following on from the successful "America's Choice". Featuring Airplane stalwarts JORMA KAUKONEN (guitars, vocals), JACK CASADY (bass) and recently recruited drummer BOB STEELER, the album continued HOT TUNA's move away from acoustic music to a harder rock style and featured stand out tracks such as Sunrise Dance With The Devil' and Bar Room Crystal Ball'. The Esoteric Recordings edition of this fine West Coast rock album is newly remastered, fully restores all original album artwork and features a new essay.
