| Canberra, Australias I, EXIST pummeling second album of sludge infused hardcore / punk, captured to tape by wizard producer Billy Anderson and released on the new Lost Shepherd Recordings imprint. Never content to rest on their laurels, Canberra sludge merchants I Exist spent the first half of March recording the follow-up to last years I: A Turn for the Worse. The new LP, II: The Broken Passage, will be out through Lost Shepherd/Prosthetic Records on January 31st - barely a year after their debut. To cut the long-player, the now seven-piece returned to Melbournes Goatsound Studios, this time with Billy Anderson helming the desk, whose production credits include Sleeps Sleeps Holy Mountain and Eyehategods Dopesick: both hugely influential records for the band.
