Florida has always been a fertile breeding ground for extreme metal bands. Take Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel or Malevolent Creation for example. But there's one band that must not be forgotten on this list: MONSTROSITY! They too were formed in the early nineties, have released class A albums ever since and toured around the globe (like last year in Europe with 33 gigs in 33 days)! 2007 is the time for their new destructive opus, the sixth in their career! It bears the title "Spiritual Apocalypse", and in terms of sheer speed it ranks right up with their second album "Millennium". Precise and violent, yet never overly complicated, it will make fans of Morbid Angel or Malevolent Creation completely re-think their choice of favourite band.
