| The Polish group Riverside is celebrating its success of the past ten years with a lush EP. Three epic tracks taking up more than half an hour of playing time revive the sound manifested on their first two albums. With expansive, cinematic and nostalgic Prog/Art-Rock Riverside have come full circle and are ready to strike a new path...
Certainly over the past 7 years Riverside has become a very well know band in the progressive rock scene. Delivering 4 highly acclaimed albums and playing many shows and festivals, has put the polish band clearly in the upper region of the scene.
After the intensive promotion and touring on the back of their 4th album "Anno Domini High Definition", Riverside started composing new material at the end of 2010 for actually 2 albums.

ADHD's successor ,to be released in 2012, and the mini album entitled "Memories In My Head". A special release composed to mark the 10th anniversary of the band this year.
Main man (singer, bassplayer) Mariusz Duda says: "This new mini-album is about (for obvious reasons) themes of passing time and will be a pleasant surprise for those who have missed the specific kind of melodies and space known from the bands early releases. We have consciously gone back to our beginning, to create a kind of a circle. The three long compositions most resembling those from our first two albums. The result is a spacious, film-soundtrackish, nostalgic but most of all rock mixture, summing up our career's first decade quite well. With Memories In My Head' we hope to surprise our fans and to evoke a lot of positive emotions."
