SQUIRTGUN sprouted from the fertile farm land of Indiana in the fall of 1993. SQUIRTGUN's first release, the CDEP Shenanigans, hit the streets in the spring of 1995 and their debut self-titled full length appeared that fall. That full-length CD contained the song "Social," which was featured later that same year in the opening credits of the Kevin Smith movie Mallrats, and the song "Make It Up" featured GREEN DAY'S Mike Dirnt. SQUIRTGUN's second full-length, Another Sunny Afternoon, was released in the spring of 1997. Several songs form Another Sunny Afternoon were featured in major motion pictures and TV shows, including "Come On Let's Go" in The Extreme Adventures of Super Dave, and "You're The Greatest" on Fox Network's Clueless sitcom.
