| Piąty album The Waterboys z 1990 roku. Na płycie zespół kontynuuje folk-rockową stylistykę znaną z "Fisherman's Blues" (1988). Była to ostatnia płyta o takim brzmieniu aż do "Universal Hall" z 2003 roku. Wielką inspiracją dla zespołu, by skłonić się w stronę folkowych elementów był skrzypek Steve Wickham, który odszedł niedługo przed premierą "Room To Roam". Materiał podobnie jak "Fisherman's Blues" nagrywany był w Spiddal House w Galway. Nowy winyl stanowi uzupełnienie boxu "The Magnificent Seven". Zrealizowane w technologii half-speed master materiał przygotował Miles Showell w studiach Abbey Road. W efekcie powstał podwójny zestaw na 45 obrotów na minutę. Oryginalna grafika została przeniesiona na nową okładkę z szerokim, 5-milimetrowym grzbietem.
