BELIEVER are back! It took 16 long years since their last output, "Dimensions", for the true innovators of technical death/thrash metal to resurface and show all the copycats and whippersnappers how it is really done. Between 1989 and 1993 these christian metallers released three studio albums that - along with bands like Pestilence and Cynic - kicked the doors wide open for techical, adventurous metal. It's unthinkable how the musical landscape in between Tool and The Dillinger Escape Plan would look like today, hadn't it been for milestones like "Extraction From Mortality", "Sanity Obscre" and especially "Dimensions", the latter of which featured, along with the prominent technical aspect, one of the most innovative collaborations ever between a metal band and a classical orchestra.
