CALIBAN's last studio album "I Am Nemesis" (2012) charted at #21 of the German album charts
marking the band's highest chart entry so far. It confirmed the successful diversification of the band's
trademark modern metal sound which continues on "Ghost Empire": a captivating musical milestone
in the band's career. The biggest novelty this time around is Andy Dśrner's vocals. Instead of just
screaming he is also singing on "Ghost Empire", sometimes together with his companion Denis
Schmidt, sometimes on his own and other times with one of the several guest vocalists on the album
such as Chirstoph Koterzina on "Good Man".
