| Deliverance started with Pierre Duneau (vocals, Memories of a dead man) and Etienne Sarthou (guitar, AqME). Etienne sees in Pierre someone with whom he would be able to develop a new artistic expression, anchored to his roots and assertive, but also free from the rules often imposed in the extreme music scene. Therefore... a deliverance.
Their first EP Doomsday, Please, released only on vinyl format, and their first album CHRST (Deadlight Records) were unanimously acclaimed by the critics, both in France and abroad. With tattoo artist Easy Sacha (owner of the Mystery Tattoo Club in Paris) at the bass, Deliverance finally welcomed their fourth member, Fred Quota (drums, BLVL) to solidify the project.
