Comprised of individuals who have been involved with legendary and cult acts from their respective scenes, the new gods of U.S. death metal, DISMA, have already caused quite a stir in the underground death metal scene, most notably because their vocalist is none other than one of the most influential and legendary death metal vocalists of all time, ex-INCANTATION vocalist Craig Pillard. DISMA would be the first time Pillard has actively sung in a death metal band for over a decade, as well as DISMA incorporating members such as legendary underground musicians as Daryl Kahan (CITIZENS ARREST, ASSUCK), Bill Venner (who was also an early INCANTATION member) and members who have been involved in other acts such as FUNEBRARUM, and METHADRONE respectively.
