| Jedno z arcydzieł klasycznego death metalu było drugim krążkiem w dorobku legendy gatunku, pochodzącej z Florydy formacji Obituary, wydanym w 1990 roku. Po wspaniałym przyjęciu debiutanckiego "Slowly We Rot" kwintet, w którego składzie znalazł się wówczas doskonały gitarzysta James Murphy (m.in. Death, Testament, Cancer), ponownie zamknął się w słynnych Morrisound Studios w Tampa na Florydzie, a do produkcji jeszcze raz zatrudnił Scotta Burnsa. Poza znakomitymi numerami autorskimi, jak "Infected" czy "Body Bag", Obituary zarejestrowali porywający cover "Circle Of The Tyrants" Celtic Frost.
